Current studies: - health quality: mycotoxins and ergosterol - industrial qualities with the rheological characteristics of the maize kernels.
The laboratory can also make on-site visits in mobile units, helping, for example: - to improve post-harvest treatment of grain maize - to give on-the-spot demonstrations when silage maize is being harvested.
